I began my Yoga studies in my native Poland in 1998, first with the Sivananda and Iyengar models. However, having found no satisfactory instructors in my homeland, I left for India to seek genuine teachings.
I stayed in several ashrams, and was touched by the spiritual depths of Yoga, amazed at its coherence and practicality. Through devoted practice I gained both a deep understanding of the foundations of yoga and experience with its techniques. I began teaching in Rishikesh in 2002, and 3 years later I went to Thailand to teach for Agama Yoga for a further 4 years. I was lucky to meet my now husband in this beautiful yoga environment, and we now continue this path in England.
My yoga teachings comprised a thorough immersion into the Hatha Yoga system, followed by an intensive Kundalini programme, and then a two year long discipline and investigation around the seven chakras. I am a keen meditator using the non-dualistic methods of the advaita teachings , including the "Who Am I?" self enquiry techniques of Ramana Maharishi and Hridaya.
We started a school in Bristol in 2008. In 2012, I completed the Hridaya Teacher Training in Mexico, and in 2014 we started Eternal Yoga in Norwich.
